1. General Terms
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders. By placing an order, you agree to these terms wholeheartedly. Think of it as a mutual promise to keep things magical.

3. Prices
The prices you see include VAT but exclude shipping costs. What you see is what you pay – no hidden surprises, promise.
All prices are per piece unless stated otherwise.
Filosophie reserves the right to adjust prices.

4. Product information
Because all our products are handmade, every item is unique. Small variations in color, texture or size are not defects; they are the “soul” of the product and prove its artisanal charm.

5. Order information
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Didn’t receive one? Check your spam or send us a little message. As soon as your payment is confirmed or received (in a heartbeat with Klarna!), we’ll prepare your package with love. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, no worries: we’ll refund you immediately or help you find another unique item that makes your heart beat faster!

6. Payment method
Pay in the way that suits your flow:

• by Paypal : Fast, secure, and easy-going.
• by iDEAL : a payment method that enables you to pay online through your own bank – offered through the payment link Mollie.
• by Bancontact/Mister Cash: a favorite for our Belgian boho babes.
• by credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard)
• by Sofort, Giropay and EPS: Especially for our free spirits in Germany and Austria.
• by Klarna
• by bank transfer* : at your own pace.

* If you choose bank transfer: We’ll reserve your items immediately. We ship your package as soon as the payment arrives. Your order will be reserved for 10 days. If we haven´t received the payment by then, the item will be up for sale again.

7. Shipping 
Shipping costs are calculated in your cart based on the destination. We do our very best to have your package ready for its journey within 1-2 business days.

BPost and DHL take care of the voyage to your doorstep (usually 2 to 3 business days). Filosophie is not responsible for delays beyond our control. If you’re out when the postman arrives, a note will be left in your mailbox or sent via email. Please collect your package on time! If a parcel is returned to us because it was left too long, the costs for a second shipment will be at your own expense.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Sometimes the magic doesn’t happen as expected, and that’s perfectly okay! You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your package. Let us know via [email protected] or via the “Withdrawal” button in our footer. You then have 14 days to send the items back at your own expense. Items must be returned in their original state and packaging, unworn and unwashed. If you return everything, we’ll refund the full amount, including the shipping costs you paid to receive it. If you keep a part of your order, we will refund the returned items without the initial shipping costs.

9. Complaints & Care
We pack every order with extreme care. Still, a little hiccup can happen. Please let us know within 2 business days via email (with photos!) if something was damaged during transport. For every item, you have a legal 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Just remember: this covers the maker’s mistakes, not the natural wear and tear of a life well-lived!

11. Court & Applicable law
Belgian law governs our journey together. If you live abroad, your local mandatory consumer protections still stand. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Antwerp, unless the law says otherwise.
